The Gem

We produced a concept called 'the Gem' for a dementia friendly charity. The symbol's geometric shape offers a gentle nod to the five sided 'forget-me-not' used by the Alzheimers Society and its gem-like precious, sparkling qualities symbolise the accessible, clear and inclusive environment the charity wants for its dementia friends. 

We produced complete brand guidelines for usage and researched a readable and legible typeface to use for the signage, website and literature ensuring communications would be accessible for their intended audience.
